These terms apply to purchases from Riverside Coating and Arms (FFL 1-56-159-07-9E-22493) through riversidecoatingandarms.com. Placing an order means you accept them.
You must be legally permitted to buy and possess what you order. Federal law sets minimum ages — generally 18 for long guns and ammunition for long guns, and 21 for handguns and handgun ammunition — and your state or locality may set a higher age or additional conditions. You confirm you meet them.
Submitting an order places a request; it does not conclude a sale. Orders containing firearms, ammunition, magazines or other regulated items are reviewed before they are placed with a supplier. We may decline or cancel any order, in whole or in part, including after it is submitted — for example where an item cannot lawfully be shipped to your destination, where stock is unavailable, or where a price was listed in error. If we decline an order, any authorisation or charge for it is released or refunded.
Firearms are never shipped to a buyer's home. A firearm is shipped to a federally licensed dealer, who completes ATF Form 4473 and the required background check before releasing it to you. You are responsible for selecting a receiving dealer who has agreed to accept the transfer, and for that dealer's own transfer fee.
Ammunition, magazines and accessories may ship directly to you where the law permits.
You are responsible for knowing and obeying the law where you live. Restrictions on particular firearms, magazine capacities, ammunition and body armour vary by state and by city, and change. This site does not automatically determine whether a given item is lawful at your address. If an item cannot lawfully be sent to you, we will cancel that part of your order.
Prices and stock shown may come from supplier catalogues and can change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to keep them current but do not warrant that any price, specification or availability shown is correct at the moment you order. Where a price is wrong, we will contact you or cancel the affected line rather than charge the incorrect amount.
Because of the nature of the products, firearms cannot be returned once the transfer to you has been completed. If a firearm is defective, it is handled under the manufacturer's warranty. Unopened accessories in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery; ammunition is not returnable. Contact us before sending anything back.
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and orders shipped directly by a supplier may arrive separately from the rest of your order. Risk of loss passes on delivery to the carrier.
