Riverside Coating and Arms ("we", "us") is a federally licensed firearms dealer in Woodleaf, NC. This policy explains what information we collect when you use riversidecoatingandarms.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Card details are entered directly with our payment processor and are not stored on our servers. We receive only a confirmation of the result of the transaction and the last digits of the card for reconciliation and customer service.
Where a transaction involves a firearm, federal law obliges a licensed dealer to complete and retain certain records, including ATF Form 4473 and an acquisition and disposition record. Those records are a legal obligation, are kept separately from this website, and are disclosed only to the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives as the law requires. They are not deleted on request, because we are not permitted to delete them.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the parties needed to complete what you asked for — our payment processor, our shipping carriers, the distributor fulfilling an order, and the receiving licensed dealer on a firearm transfer — and with government agencies where the law requires it.
The site uses cookies necessary for basic function, such as keeping the contents of your cart and maintaining a signed-in session. You can block cookies in your browser, but parts of the site may stop working.
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Requests are handled subject to the federal recordkeeping obligations described above, which we cannot override.
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, to request deletion subject to those same legal exceptions, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell personal information.
This site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. Firearms and ammunition are sold only to purchasers who meet the minimum ages set by federal and state law.
