Answers to common questions about our products, services, FFL transfers, and policies.
What do I need to buy a firearm?▼
You will need a valid government-issued photo ID and must pass an ATF Form 4473 background check (NICS) at the time of purchase. Some states require an additional permit or certificate — contact us if you are not sure what applies to you.
How do FFL transfers work?▼
When you buy a firearm online from another dealer, federal law requires it to be shipped to a licensed FFL near you. Contact us first so we can send our FFL copy to the seller. They ship the firearm to us, and you pick it up after completing the required paperwork and background check. See our FFL Transfers page for the full process.
We accept cash and all major credit and debit cards. We also accept payment for online orders through our secure checkout.
Do you buy or trade firearms?▼
We consider purchasing and trading firearms on a case-by-case basis. Bring your firearm to our store for evaluation, or call us to discuss what you have. All transactions are logged per ATF acquisition-and-disposition requirements.
What is your return policy?▼
Due to the nature of firearms, all sales are final. Defective items may be returned or exchanged with manufacturer authorization. Non-firearm accessories may be returned within 14 days in unused condition with original packaging.
